How often can I play?

What numbers can be chosen?
Players must select four two-digit and one one-digit number (nine total digits). The same digit may be repeated as often as the player chooses (e.g., 22 22 22 22 2). Unlike traditional lottery games that pull multiple winning balls from one source for each game, MakeThatDollar.com pulls winning balls from five different sources for each game. Therefore, balls with the same number can appear together and be winning balls in the same game.
Does the order of the winning numbers matter?
Yes, the numbers you pick have to be in order.
Can I win more than once in the same play?
No, in any situation where your entire number or parts of it match for more than one prize (e.g., $1000 and 1000 points, you will receive only the higher value prize.
How are the winning numbers selected?
The winning numbers are chosen by a random number generator. The winning numbers remain in play until there is a winner for that prize level.
Can there be a tie?
While it is highly unlikely that two or more players would submit the same winning number at the same time, if it does occur, then the prize money/points would be divided equally between the players submitting the correct winning number.
When I enter my number, does it automatically check to see if I matched the winning numbers?
Yes, by entering one number you are eligible to match any winning combination of the 9 simultaneous games.
Will the prize pool increase?
The minimum jackpot for MakeThatDollar.com will always be $1 million. As more people play the Jackpot increases.
What happens if I win?
One great thing about MakeThatDollar.com is that you will know immediately if you're a winner. You can also go to the My Account page to see your prize winning history. Please refer to the Terms of Service for specific information regarding the payment of some prizes as prizes with a value of $600 or greater have certain legal requirements for payout.
How do I claim my prize?
You will be notified by email when you win any cash prize. Detailed instructions in the email will direct you how to validate your claim and request your prize.
How are cash prizes distributed?
Cash prizes are distributed by check. Your prize will be mailed via U. S. Postal Service to the address you provided upon registration. If your address has changed, we will prompt you for current information before we mail your check.
How will I know if I am a winner of one of the daily/weekly/monthly drawings?
There are several ways to know when you are a winner. You will receive email notifications. You will receive messages on the My Account. Winners may also be posted on the Winners page of the site.
Can I win more than once?
Yes, there is no limit to how many times a player can win.
How long will it take to get my prize?
When you win a prize valued at or under $600, the check/prize will be sent to you within 90 days. Cash or prizes over $600 require that you sign a notarized affidavit verifying that you complied with the rules. The check/prize will be mailed within ten business days from the receipt of the completed affidavit. Points will be credited as they are verified. (Note: NetWinner vigorously protects the integrity of the games to ensure that winners have won fairly and within the rules. Violators of the rules and/or terms of service will be suspended with any prizes withheld.)
What is the points program?
The points program is another exciting way to win. Points have value and once you reach certain levels, you can redeem them to buy great merchandize and services from our partners.
How do I accumulate points?
You can accumulate points by playing the game and through a variety of other ways such as referring signups, engaging in sponsor offers, participating in surveys, answering trivia questions, and many other ways. You get 1,000 points for just signing up and receive 100 points for every friend you refer.
How can I check my points?
A current summary of your points are always displayed next to the Jackpot amount on the MakeThatDollar.com home page. You can also check your point totals in the My Account page.
How many points must I have before I can redeem them for a prize?
Points may be used for the variety of prize drawings. Check the Prizes page for more information on current prize drawings. Pending points must be officially credited to your account before they can be used.
Do I have to use all my points at the same time?
No, once you reach the minimum level for a prize drawing, you can use whatever amount of points necessary.
How does there Refer-a-Friend program work?
By inviting your friends and family to play, you increase your chances of winning as well. Let's put it this way: if they win, you win! You get 100 points as soon as they sign up. You receive an additional 400 points for a total of 500 once your referral plays 100 game plays at MakeThatDollar.com.
Okay, what do I win if they win?
If someone you referred has registered, whenever they play, you win a 10% bonus on whatever cash or point prizes they win. For example, if they win $50,000, you win $5000. If they win 5,000 points, you win 500 points. You do not win if they win an entry to the daily drawings.
Does my 10% come out of their winnings?
No, your 10% is in addition to what they win. They get the entire prize they win. It's our way of rewarding you for bringing them in to share the fun.
If someone I referred has signed up and they refer someone who signs up, do I win if that person wins?
Yes, we track connected referrals all the way through your referral network. You will win a percentage based on how many referring people are between you and the person winning. Basically, you will receive 10% of the 10% received by the person that you immediately referred.
When do I get my points for referrals?
As soon as they register and as they win.
Where do I go to change my account information or email address?
Login and go to the My Account page. Follow the instructions on that page.
I forgot my password; what do I do?
Click Forgot your password? on the Login page. Enter the email address for your account, click the button and your password will be sent to the email address you entered.
My email address is wrong; how do I change it?
You can update your email address and other contact information on the My Account page and change under the Edit Account link.
What should I do if I can't login?
First, make sure that you have entered your User Name correctly, with no spaces before or after it. Also, make sure you are using the same email address you provided at registration. Next, enter your password. Remember that your password is case sensitive, so be sure you are entering it correctly (and that your caps lock isn't on.) Your browser MUST be set to allow cookies. If a cookie is not established, you will not be recognized and therefore unable to play.
Can two or more people play from the same e-mail account?
Unfortunately, two people may not play from the same e-mail account. Each individual player must play from a separate e-mail address for security reasons. We want the registered player to win his or her prizes!
Can two or more people play from the same computer?
